Adding names to Reservation at WSJ

Having rented my unit at WSJ in the past, it has been fairly easy to contact in-house reservations at the resort to add the name of the renter to the reservation and then send a email confirmation. Most renters want some sort of written verification of the reservation. I completed this only a few weeks ago for my week 33, now I have rented my week 32 and for some reason the individual at in-house reservations says he can't do add the additional guest name to the emailed reservation confirmation and that I may need to call Orlando to have it done? Has anyone had the same experience recently and is there another way to add proposed renters name and receive some sort of written confirmation?

When I've rented our Maui week I called owner services in Orlando and they send me a confirm with the guest's name on it and I forwarded it to my guest -

Denise,

Thanks, That is what the in-house reservation person at WSJ told me, but I didn't believe him. I will do it.

We called Orlando and the hotel to have it done. It took three calls on the last unit to get it right.
