It is the 6-cell version that I am referring to. The features listed seem to be slightly different than the versions I have seen previously on Costco's website.

I saw the six hour battery model at Walmart today on sale for $349.
I'm close to ready to purchase and just wanted to see if anyone had any more advice.
Basically I want a light laptop with wireless with a long life battery for travel. I have a laptop at work (that I can bring home - heavy!) and 3 computers in the house - so this new one will be for convenience. I don't want to spend a lot.
THANKS
My husband said this, "Oh! Those small ones at a low price are as slow as dial up." Any truth?

Another difference in the $348 one at Walmart is a 3-cell battery rather than a 6-cell battery. 1/2 the battery life.

I would think that is a good deal. Our Walmart only carries the 3-cell, 120GB version for $348. I didn't know Acer made a 120GB with 6-cell battery.
We just received the 160GB with 6-cell battery from Costco today. Paid $379.99. I like the 90-day return policy, free technical support from Costco Concierge and double manufacturer's warranty (2 years).
