I did a little account check this afternoon and found that I have 2 housekeeping tokens left for my year (my anniversary date is Oct 1), and two pending reservations where obviously I paid money for housekeeping. I think this happened because at one time there were an over abundance of reservations (until covid shot that to hell) so I'd run out of housekeeping tokens. You might check your reservations to see if you can swap tokens for a refund -- customer service did that for two reservations for me in less than five minutes.
