Account is in two names, any issues adding a new deed with just one name?

My account and current deeds have both my spouse and my name on them. To keep the transfer simple, I'm thinking of putting a new deed in my name only. My spouse constantly travels for work, and it's difficult getting signatures and notary from both of us in a timely manner.

Is there any significant issue adding a new deed to our account with only one name on it?

Thanks!

I'm in exactly the same boat, curious of the answer.

I have one Wyndham in my name only, one in my name along w/spouse, and multiple in LLC. (All points)

Was told they had to be titled the same to have them in the same account, so was prepared to re-deed the personal ones into LLC. Guess what? They put them all in the same account, and just added the names to the ownership drop down box.

They all had the same address, phone, and email

We have two contracts in my and my spouses name (the account is this way, as well). The 3rd contract is with just my name, but in the same account. Hope this makes sense...lol.

Thanks for the responses. This is what I thought, but I wanted to be sure so that it didn't cost me extra money to get the deed changed right away.
