Has anyone received an offer for a bonus week (Accommodation Certificate) from II for depositing their Manor Club week for 2009? I reserved June 27 - July 4, 2009 and haven't seen an offer on II's website for an AC. I have gotten one every year for the past 5 years or so.

I just deposited my June 28-July 5, 2009 MMC today and did NOT get an A/C...no big deal as I let the last one expire unused.

I just called yesterday and no go on the AC. I put in a Marriott to Marriott exchange request. I figure that if they start offering, I'll just deposit.

Is it just Marriott?

Is II holding back ACs across the board? Or is the lack of ACs a Marriott phenomenon?

Yeah, I don't get it this year. I just did the exchange request hoping they will issue ACs before it comes thru. If I decide to deposit later it will cancel my request and I will go to the end of the line.

Charles,
I'm pretty sure it's across the board for resorts other than the ones in real high demand. My guess is that a lot of folks are NOT requesting exchanges due to the economy.

Horizons Branson may be the best deal in Marriott's system IMO. Most people mention MMC when the question comes up, but comparing tradability and AC's verses annual fees and up front costs, I would lean ever so slightly toward Branson. I do like the idea of free golf at MMC, however.

Horizons at Branson MF's . . $694
Manor Club MF's . . . . . . . . . $845
