On a few occasions I have called to ask a question or complain about their web site acting up.
A few years ago you actually spoke to IT people -now I think its reps who have no great knowledge.
Today I called and spoke to a guy who said yes he an IT person- by the end I knew he wasn't -when he had trouble understanding the problem and he said he'd pass on the complaint.
I'm calling daytime- maybe it's different at night
