Just spent hours making sure our (wife & I) Vistana and Marriott accounts are all working. Wanted to share the new phone number to reach the cross trained agents more directly.

Vistana Multibrand agents (trained in both Marriott and Vistana) phone: 800-239-2197

Now we both have Marriott, Vistana and Bonvoy accounts setup and cross linked to the best the systems allow.

Been trying to reach a human or chat via Vistana contact info. I have called 4 times & put on a 1-2 hour call back list. No call backs. Chat is bot only. Any way to get a human? Seeking to rebook a reservation starting Tuesday. We are COVID positive. Still want to go, but not when we have COVID>

For what it's worth, I called the number above today and got right through to a representative that was pretty knowledgable, seemingly about both systems.

Are you a Vistana owner? I am about to take over the deed the my parents have had for nearly 15 years and I am curious how you like the new Abound program and how your Vistana StarOptions are converting. Any feedback to share? Thank you for the numner. I need to give them a call to find out how everything works.

If you are a dual Marriott-Vistana owner and have any problems in either program, I'm here to second the fact that these people can really help.

Today I was trying to confirm receipt of transferred 2024 Club Points into my MVC account and use them to make a 2024 Abound reservation. I still can't see my Club Point balance page, and the Abound/MVC reservation system kept bombing out right before the Club Point allocation page (my go-to workaround for seeing my Club Point balances). It was the same result whether I accessed those two areas from my MVC or Vistana accounts.

MVC chat wasn't working and I was put on terminal hold on the MVC phone lines. I decided to call the multibrand agents at the number above. I reached Julie straightaway and she was fantastic. She was having the same struggles as me (said she hasn't been able to see the Club Point balance page either since Abound launched!) but persevered through the chaos, peeking into the backend of the system to confirm the Club Point transfer and then patiently trying several avenues to finally book my reservation with those same points.

I'm very grateful to @JimT for sharing this information and @DeniseM for making it a sticky! And of course to the marvelous Julie...
