Has anyone had any dealings with A Timeshare Broker, atb? Looks like the team includes David Patchanian and Mat Greene. They have a couple of TSs listed on their website which I am interested in but I don’t remember hearing anything about this company.

Never heard of them.

They have been around awhile but I have personally not dealt with them. They both have pretty good LinkedIn profiles that seem very legit.

I have promoted them in a number of my YouTube videos related to buying resale Marriott Trust Points. I don't have any personal experience buying or selling through them. They are associated with Seth Nock who owns or has partial ownership with several timeshare resale and rental websites. They are licensed real estate agents, so they should be fine. As with any broker, they may try to steer your purchase transaction to something different if they don't actually have what you want. The cost may be higher than buying directly from an owner since they have to earn a commission, but otherwise I don't see any reason why you wouldn't make offers if they have something you want.

David Patchanian contacted me about a TUG "Free" For Sale ad I had. He brokered the sale and handled all the paperwork. After an entirely reasonable commission, I netted a couple thousand dollars, which was a great deal considering I acquired the timeshares for less than $1 five years earlier. Very rare for a Wyndham timeshare resale be sold for a capital gain of any amount.

This was 10 years ago, so he is definitely "for real."

Yes, they have been around for years.

Here are some old threads I found searching TUG by their last name.

I used them to buy both of my deeds. It went well, no issues.
