It passed mid-February, but I didn't want to say anything until it closed, just in case. Honestly don't think COVID-19 was a contributing factor, as it was almost 6 weeks ago. Just got very lucky. I posted it in the ROFR thread and on rofr.net for tracking purposes. Stay safe and healthy, everyone!
