A question to Vistana owners who have joined SVN

I joined a couple months ago and have even reserved time in the network for 2009. I belonged to RCI previously but have let that membership lapse because of the II arrangement with SVN

Has anyone who joined recently heard anything from II yet?

And if anyone sees this and is still considering joining---remember you're running out of time!

I recently sent them a message asking that exact question and here is what I received:

"Our records show that your Fountains week was enrolled in the SVN program. The benefits associated with the Starwood Vacation Network, which includes a corporate Interval International membership, will become effective starting in 2009. You will receive your Interval International membership information once it is uploaded into our system later in the year. Our apologies for any inconvenience that this delay may cause. In the meantime, should you wish to learn about this program, please visit www.intervalworld.com . "

Not the most helpful but I guess it just means that they are taking their time uploading our information. I submitted all my paperwork and joined SVN way back in May when I received my offer, so it has now been 4+ months.
 
Thank you. That's a lot more helpful than when I got ahold of them earlier today.

They said they had no record of me

No biggie, but I hoped to start seeing just how different II will be from RCI. Maybe the link you gave will give me some insight.
