I finally had my ownership go through and now when I log into the website, my name and my wifes name are added to the list of owners. The old owner doesn't want the property anymore, but her name remains because I don't know an inexpensive way to have it removed.

I've gone on the website and changed a lot of the contact information over to me and my wife, but her deceased husbands name remains on some of the stuff (Like at RCI for example).

If I want to book a stay at WorldMark, do I have to call a specific number to do that? I've searched the new website but can't figure out how to book WorldMark.

As a new owner, this probably won't apply for a long time, if ever.

In May 2017, Wyndham established a policy against overlapping reservations. But, if you are the traveler on one reservation and your wife is the traveler on another reservation, they are not considered to be overlapping, even if the dates are identical. A harmless third name on the account will let you book three overlapping reservations.

My wife and I have a fairly large account and with just the two of us, I can only book two reservation at the same time. We used to have a guy named Leroy on the account. No idea who he was other than the previous owner on one of our resale contracts. He never bothered anything, couldn't log in to our account. We tried for years to get his name removed and finally succeeded. I wish we hadn't been successful!

On Wyndham's website, if a Worldmark resort shows in one of your search results, the number to call is displayed.

I have that problem now and I noticed it in the past but it rectified itelf. I think that when they set up an account, they drop the new owner onto the contract, move the contract to a new account and then drop the old owner off. So as long as you and your wife are showing up on the recorded deed, that is really all that you need. It does, however, mean that she can access your account. I'm not a big fan of that part.

When contract transfers to a new owner if old owner still had deeds and Wyndham ownership they may be on account but to still access highly unlikely. Every deed I sold after it transfered I no longer had visibility of it in my account. If old owner had no more deeds or ownership they also lost access to login because their member number is no longer valid to login.
