That looks like my husky shepard mix, but we don't live in UT, so it is not her. But I have a smart husky shepard and I wouldn't put it past her trying it.

That was GREAT!
I have friends who have a dog who looks just like that, so I couldn't resist sending them a link. However, they're about 100 miles from the scene of the crime, so I don't *think* it was their dog that did this.
