When entering contacts and forming groups, something is not right. When I make a contact called David and a group called Market, both appear in Business Cards. When I highlight Market and want to enter David in it I double click on Market and I can then choose to select members and VOILA David is not there on the list to select. Weird! Any suggestions?
In summary, I simply want to add contact David into my group called Market. Any suggestions?

Which version of Outlook?

In 2010, you use 'New Contact Group' (or double click on the contact card (Market) you already created) to open it, then under the 'Contact Group' tab select 'Add Members' and select either 'From Outlook Contacts', 'From Address Book' or 'New Email Contact'. If you don't have the new person stored anywhere, 'New Email Contact' is what you want.

In 2007, you use 'New --> Distribution List' (or double click on the contact card (Market) you already created) to open it, then under 'Members' select 'Add New' and fill in the info for the new person.

I don't have 2003 and earlier installed any more, so you'll have to wait for someone else to respond :)
