A few questions on Marriott DC program for week owners

I am likely going to enroll my weeks in the DC program before the prices go up in June. Marriott is charging me $1,995 since I own two weeks. A few questions:

1. If I elect to use points for my week in a given year, and then don't use them, I'm told I can bank them and use them the following year. Does Marriott charge a fee to bank points?

2. If, in the future, I decide to sell my week, does my enrollment in the DC program go with it to the buyer?

3. If I decide to buy another week on the secondary market (not through Marriott), can I enroll that week into the DC program, which essentially gives me more points? If I can, is there going to be another fee.

No fee to bank points

No, enrollment does not follow the week

Not at the moment -- perhaps someday in the future but currently they've been consistent in saying that future resales can not be enrolled or added to your existing enrolled membership

I hope that helps!

Best,

Greg

+1. Everything Greg said is consistent with our understanding, and we were just told the same thing about not being able to enroll external resale (post 6/10) weeks, unless they were resales bought from Marriott, earlier this week.
