Yes it does. You’re not transferring ownership, you’re adding owners to yours. For the fee, (I just checked my records, it was actually $299) Wyndham takes care of it. Ask for the form at your next sales meeting or call Wyndham for it. It alleviates the necessity of using guest confirmations for co-owners. (Those 15 don’t last long when your kids or other family members want to go somewhere or want to go to a resort with restricted access.) I added my two boys to our largest contract that has all the perks. It gives them access to the entire membership with all the benefits that go with it. At some point (when I can’t move around on my own anymore) we will probably get rid of the two smaller contracts we have and quit claim the one they’re on to them. It’s not instantaneous. It took about 3 months to complete. (They don’t cash the check until then either.)
I’m interested to know this too. In our case, my dad was transferring ownership of his Kauai Beach Villas week (that had been enrolled in Wyndham points) to my brother. I wasn’t directly involved in that process but had the impression that it took more than just updating Wyndham’s records.

That is definitely not enough fees for 2 million points. Not all that expensive, in reality, especially if that includes program fees, and consider the 50% discount on stays at < 60 days.
I guess I didn't think about the program fee. I just did the math on my almost 600k points at national harbor and I would be close to that if I had a million
That's about what we pay for 1.4mm annual points when we include our MFs for our two PIC properties - which are lower than all but the lowest Wyndham MFs (they are lower than Canterbury for example - when calculating them against the 254k points converted from each PIC contract each year), so $7500 for an entirety of Wyndham points isn't out of sight depending on what they own. CWA is currently at $7.22/1000 plus program fees - or $7.92/1000 with program fees if my math and assumptions are correct. That's $7920/year for an all CWA 1mm account.
