A couple of RCI Points question

I believe We're about to embark on our first RCI points ownership (a small one to get the lay of the land).

Can/Should we include our 2 adult sons on the membership and ownership?
If we can:
Would this allow them use without a guest certificate?
Would they be able to use Last Call type opportunities?
Would this obligate them to pay MFs were my wife and I to unexpectedly leave this earth?

Yes, your kids can use RCI exchanges and Last-Calls without guest certificates.

Yes, your kids would be on the hook for MF's when you die.

I hope you are buying resale and that your points will have reasonable MF's.

Certainly buying resale (thanks TUG) and I'm VERY sensitive to MF per k. Looking at 7.35 per k. I believe we could at least give it away (maybe paying closing). Thanks.
