We received an A/C from II which will expire July 3, 2009. Does that mean you have to complete your stay by July 3, begin your stay by July 3 or begin or end your stay the weekend of July 3. (which is a Fridday)?

Officially, travel must be completed by July 3rd. There have been occasions where, if you phone in, II can allow a teeny tiny extension, perhaps completing travel during the week starting July 3rd sometime. It seems to be a case by case thing, probably depends on who answers your call and/or how nice you are to them.
