Knew every one of them except Conform Fonts. and I use most of them regularly already. Conform fonts is a good one.
But, really, a power user like her has been manually fixing fonts after pasting??? Even if she doesn't know Conform Fonts she ought to know enough to speed up that process via Styles.

I didn't know about Conform Fonts either. It's a great shortcut for me to use too.

Without knowing Conform Fonts, at times I pasted material into Notepad, then recopied from Notepad into Word. That puts the copied material into your document using whatever style is your default paragraph style (Normal, unless you've changed it to something else).
