I get 3500 points annually, 3500 biannually. Next posting is 1 July of 23, maintenance fees are 779/year and are paid through next year. I just want out, will pay transfer fee up to 500. Currently I have about 1280 points available, (decided to try and use this thing just once back in June). I owe nothing on the property, official address is
