Rolled thru here about an hour ago. Lasted about 15 seconds or so. No damage that I can find but the house was rocking.

They're saying it was in an isolated area. No damage reported that I've heard.

To say that area is isolated is understatement! The whole center of Idaho is what we call 'The Primative Area'. It's larger than Mass, RI, and CT combined and no motors ae allowed. No roads, no motorcycles, you can't even take a chain saw in there on horseback to cut firewood. There are some back-country airstrips, but not suitable for inexperienced pilots or underpowered aircraft. It's STEEP and the winds shift. The River of No Return flows through this area. Might be the BEST of IDAHO. Not much there that an earthquake could damage.

I saw a report on that earthquake at m6.5 and a m3.5 shortly after in Idaho. Kind of close to Yellowstone. Today we had a tornado near Horn Rapids just east of Hanford. Odd stuff. Then there is that comet Atlas that is 5 times the size of Jupiter heading its closest to Earth this April.

Almost sounds like a perfect place for Big Foot, lol.

We are 20 min north of Spokane and we felt it...We were both sitting in our recliners and they were shaking and the curtains started moving. No damage .

The quake was felt here and widely reported on, and we are about 700 km (~400 miles) away. I didn't notice it myself, but I probably would have assumed it was just one of my kids running down the stairs...

I have friends in both Boise ID and Spokane WA. Some rocking but that's about it. I guess if there were any campers - or Big Foot - were near the epicenter, they may have had damage/injuries. A 6.5 is pretty strong, which is most likely why people felt it in Spokane.
