A new shuttle program is launching to support the economic recovery of Oahu’s North Shore following the March Kona Low storms. For $5 roundtrip, participants can take a full-day, culturally guided tour with stops in Waialua and Haleiwa. Riders will also receive a North Shore Passport highlighting participating businesses, with proof of purchase required to board the return shuttle.
