remember back a while i gave a hypothetical thought about buying up fountains for pennies on the dollar and getting to 5* for under $18000 with the assessments and MF"s, well they are now offering the svn to fountain owners, did anyone besides Katherine buy up any fountains to get to 5*?

Thanks for the credit but I didn't buy Fountains on resale with the foresight that it would be invited into SVN (esp since they made it retroactive to 2007). I bought Fountains from Starwood (still pretty cheap) once it was in SVN already.

Does this invitation to join SVN not require that the new owners had to be recorded with Starwood prior to March 31st or is this another new offer to Fountains owners?
