We received an exchange and the unit code is UUU2. Any idea which 2 bd floor plan this is?

Thank you,

not sure about the unit codes.. I was however floored to see the resort fee at some of the other Scottsdale resorts we looked at for thanksgiving next year. one was like 24 a day for resort fee.. that add another $175 to the cost of unit on top of exchange fee.

looks like more and more place have adapted this rip off. at this rate with the HOA increases and the resort fee's that have been popping up more and more, timeshare is starting to become more expenzie than a nice hotel.

We had the same room code on an exchange, but I don't see the floorplan we had on the Four Seasons Residence Club website. It was a straight 2BR, not a lockoff. We were on the ground floor, and had three separate patios facing the pool (off the LR and each bedroom). The living room and master bedroom had fireplaces, and the second bedroom did not. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Which Scottsdale resorts are you seeing this fee added? Haven't seen it yet during my visits.
