4 Free Weeks @ Eagle Crest Resort - Free Closing costs

Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond, Oregon-4 weeks a year; fractional floating rotation
Our 4 weeks at Eagle Crest Resort are listed for free now on TUG. Maintenance fees paid until new year and we have agreed to pay the first three months of mf in 2027. We are agreeing to pay closing costs and transfer fees. This has been a lovely place for us to vacation to, but due to personal issues, we need to sell. Please spread the word.

Enjoy four weeks of exclusive annual usage at this highly rated property! This fractional interest includes a true deeded share of the title, offering wonderful vacation consistency or great rental potential when you cannot visit. On-site amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools and two championship golf courses. This specific 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is part of River View Vista Estates. The new deck and hot tub offer a beautiful view of the Deschutes River and the mountains. Two miles of a nature trail along the River, plus ten miles of paved walking and biking trails wind through the resort. Calendar for 2027 weeks are as follows: (Trades are easy to make within Eagle Crest Resort)

January 4,2027-January 11,2027. March 29,2027-April 5, 2027. July 5-2027-July 12,2027. September 27,2027-October 4,2027

Seller will pay transfer fees and closing costs. All maintenance fees are paid up, no mortgage. Seller will pay first three months of maintenance fees.
 
Rental history can be provided. It rents easily.

What are the dues on each week of the fractional? Are they paid monthly or quarterly? Can you exchange the weeks back into WorldMark Credits?

3 bedroom unit , sleeps 8. Dues are $3996 per year. You can pay them monthly, quarterly or annually. No, you can't exchange for Worldmark credits. You can rent it consistently for the weeks you do not use. I've had it on Air B and B OR the put it in the rental pool with Eagle Crest.

Gosh Beau6351, this is a very generous offer! I would jump all over it if I still lived in Oregon, but now that I'm in Canada it just wouldn't be practical.

This is a fabulous resort, I can't believe you don't have people chomping at the bit to grab it!
 
Unfortunately we can't use it either, but for anyone considering, we have stayed there and it is a beautiful resort close to Sisters, OR (very cute town) and the Sisters outdoor area.

As PrairieGirl said, a very generous offer and I hope this works for someone because they would be very happy with the resort and this area of Oregon.

I should have been more clear. We can trade through RCI-#2024-Eagle Crest Resort
We have gone to Kona and two ski trips, as well through our trades! Trades well!

We are now offering it for paid maintenance fees for a year. Also, trades easily through RCI-#2024

Do you know anyone that might be interested? We can't seem to give this away. It is in RCI and Interval International as well.
