Maintenance fee 414 $

Buyer pay only the transfert fee. around 150$ with Lt Transfert and the RCI points transfert fee (99$ for member or 224 for new member)

I used a similar membership to get into a RCI Points program years ago. The timeshare has notoriously low maintenance fees and, as I recall good fishing nearby (and golfing) but, it is TEXAS...:ponder: After I decided to get out of RCI I gave it away. :whoopie:
