The first one is:
The Maverick Resort, Ormond Beach, Fl
Week 7 Fixed
Studio unit
Very popular time of year.

The second one is:
Apollo Park at Vail, Colorado
Week 6 Fixed
Occupancy: 6
Maintenance Fees: 768
Rented out for 800 last year.

The third is:
Peppertree By the Sea, North Myrtle Beach
Week 30 Fixed
1 bedroom
Fees: 472
Rented for $850 last year

I will pay the 2012 maintenance fees, you pay the transfer costs.

In the FWIW Department. I gave my Peppertree by the Sea Week away about 6 months ago as I can't travel as much as I used to. Peppertree by the Sea is a well managed Resort; MFs are reasonable; and Resort is right on a nice wide beach. Units are a little small. I highly recommend for someone within driving distance who wants a Summer Week at the beach.
