The second one is:
Apollo Park at Vail, Colorado
Week 6 Fixed
Occupancy: 6
Maintenance Fees: 768
Rented out for 800 last year.

The third is:
Peppertree By the Sea, North Myrtle Beach
Week 30 Fixed
1 bedroom
Fees: 472
Rented for $850 last year


Here is the deal:
I want to get rid of these all at once. My only concern is covering my costs of transferring the tittles. So if you pay to transfer each title into your name then you can have all of them.

I think they'll go even if you separate them. For people who like to use what they own, being in Colorado one week and Florida the next will be tough. They look like good units, so give it a little time.

Is the Vail TS still available? It says it sleeps 6, can you explain the sleeping arrangements? For example, 1 or 2 bedroom and bunk beds vs pull out sofa. We have a family of 6 so it might be exactly what we're looking for. Thanks

While the Apollo timeshare in Vail is an older unit (most Vail units are) and in a very small timeshare complex, it is in a fantastic location - on the Village side of the highway sort of near the Wren timeshare and easy walking distance to Vail Village proper. While I have no ability myself to pick up an extra unit, just thought I would add that the location is very good. Funtime
