First time poster! I've thought about a timeshare purchase for awhile. It seems like now is the right time. I have seen several almost free purchases at SVV, some with mandatory SO transfers. I'm considering a 3 bedroom resale purchase at SVV Key West. I know these are rare on the market. It comes with 139.700 Star Options. Is there a good way to gauge the value for this unit? I know it's unlikely to be free given the number of SO and 3 bedrooms are rare. I just do not want to overpay for it. Edited to add: float - high season.

We also just booked 5 nights at Westin Lagunamar in a 1 bedroom next month. I can't wait!

The 2 bdrm lock-offs are going anywhere from $2000-3000. So I'd expect a 3 bdrm to be a bit more than that.
