This seems like a good deal if anyone wants a SDO true platinum for retro purposes. Russell Tanner just listed a 2br SDO true platinum listed on My Resort Network for $1,500. I'd have already bought it if:

1) I thought I might ever want to retro another unit w/a developer purchase
2) Knew where *wood will end up after the sale to II
