My wife and I purchased this deeded week thirteen years ago. We have enjoyed several stays in Wisconsin Dells and have traded this week for stays in Branson, MO; Williamsburg, VA; Lake Geneva, WI and the Bains de Saillon in Switzerland. As the years have passed and our kids have gotten older, it has become obvious that we've grown apart from the timeshare vacation lifestyle. The last 2 years we have paid the maintenance fees and yet not used the timeshare at all. So for this reason we are offering it free to a good home.

I am willing to pay the 2012 Maintenance Fees or the Transfer/Closing fees, whichever one comes out higher.

This is a nice unit at a nice property. The unit is positioned just up the hill from the duck pond and has a small patio with grill. The unit has a full kitchen. There are racquetball courts and indoor pool on-site. There is a Super-Walmart just half a mile down the road, and while the resort is tucked away in a quieter corner of the Dells, Noah's Ark, Mt. Olympus and the Hwy 23 main drag are all less than 5 minutes away.

BTW - week 16 is the week before or after Easter about 65% of the time.

The 2012 Maintenance fees have just been paid, meaning the terms have now changed. I will split the cost of the Transfer/Closing fees 50/50 with anyone interested in taking over this Timeshare.

If you act now, you will probably have everything closed and transferred in time to make use of the timeshare this April.
