Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier - restaurants, shops, lounges. Great surfing! Ron Jon's is just down the street.

Restaurant/Lounge on site, pool, Jacuzzi, game room, exercise room, tennis courts, planned activities.
Shuttle for the Casino Ship picks up at your door daily.

$1.00 and you pay closing costs


Yearly maintenance fees for this unit are $821.00, and have been paid for this year.
It rents for $250/night if you book thru the management company.

I'm going to use the 2012 week.

I'll give it away for FREE, and your usage would begin next year. I'll pay all closing costs & transfer fees.

Plans changed again! Going to Hawaii in August instead. I'll give you this years usage for free - you pay the closing costs. Which closing company you use is up to you.
