Nice family resort right on the ocean front - Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Two pools, hot tubs, large grill and picnic area overlooking ocean - great view and easy access to beach itself. Large one bedroom on the ocean front, 4th floor view, week 31 - 1st week of August generally. Annual maintenance fees are approx. $800. This year's fee has been paid. Unit could be used this year without having to pay any maintenance fees until next year. Fixed week - mortgage is completely paid off. Long time owner whose circumstances have changed. Many years of wonderful vacations!
