2025 UPDATE: Pinon Pointe Fees for 2025 2BR are showing in my dashboard as $1,723.99, a 4% increase over 2024.

We are new owners of a HVC Platinum Points contract that has 840k points yearly. The MF went up a couple hundred. For 2025 it was $5,643.80 when paid online. They mailed us a breakdown of the budget comparison from 2024 to 2025, but I can't figure out how to post a picture of it here.
