2025 Aventuras maintenance fees are .02044 per point vs 2024 .01985 per point, representing a 3% increase YOY vs 2024. According to the owner newsletter, the reason for the increase is to address increased wages, and inflationary pressures on operations.

Didn’t they say last year that the increase in the Mexican peso was an important factor in the increase in the MF? The MXN has dropped about 16% in 2024, yet we don’t seem to see any benefits. It seems like they change the narrative every year.
