Is this for a 4 BR?

Yes. Everything is deeded as 4br. If it is a 2 br, it is technically deeded as an eoy 4br enrolled into an internal exchange that gives you 2br every year.

That’s a big jump. Add in the internal exchange fee for the two bedroom and it’s now over 600 per year. Grand scheme, it’s not that much more than other two bedroom units.

I was just messing around with the RCI site looking for other ways to use my ownership now that DVC is out. Hoping the MF’s don’t go up this much each year or I’ll have to get out sooner rather than later

I am also upset about this. How is it that they were closed during covid, paid bare minimum staff expenses, still charged maintenance fees, yet still they need more money? If anything they should have HUGE reserves. I noticed this is a typical trend across the whole industry, I smell corruption.

I did a tour this time. They showed the demo unit for the upcoming renovations at Regal Vista. Colors are nice but they were fine before. They are going to a sectional sofa which doesn't fit the lay out as well as the old sofa, loveseat, and chair. I do like that the new drapes that. cover the top window in the living room.
