2021Maintenance fees and VOI

I just received the financial paperwork for Panama City Beach proxy vote.

My question is....

What is the difference between a standard vacation ownership interest and a designated voi? How do I know which one I own?

I've never really noticed these terms before or perhaps wasn't paying attention because I was always able to get the maintenance fee breakdown of what I'm paying in th financial section on the website.

FYI
Standard VOI is going to be $4.33/1000
Designated VOI will be. $4.62/1000

That would be awesome! If that's the case then maintenance fees here went down by 12 cents per thousand.

Designated points are presidential reserve. Our PR points are deeded at PCB.
