The Cliffs at Princeville
We own 2 floating weeks at The Cliffs in Princeville, Pikake season. (Weeks 2 - 16) We love the place, have owned these weeks for over 25 years, but making the trek from Atlanta to Kauai is a little tougher now. (Being a flight attendant did wonders for our ability to hop over to Hawaii pretty easily!) I see info on TUG about a couple of ways to try to give away our timeshare weeks, but I also wonder if anyone has experience or advice on entering into a Deed Back Program. The Cliffs may offer this as an option but I don't know much about it or if it's worth considering. I am at Square One (translation: pretty clueless) in trying to be done with this Time Share, so I would appreciate any advice and direction.

I would just list it under TUG's section for free timeshares.

We owned a 2BR unit in the fall season at The Cliffs and sold it through an agent in Hawaii about nine years ago. As I recall we sold it for $3,500 or so, but we had to pay a sales commission. I think we netted about $1,300. I don’t recall the name of the agent/broker, but he was based on Kauai. The other option would be to try and sell it on redweek.com and/or TUG and see if you get any interest, or just offer it for free.

In the meantime, I am sure you have a lot of great memories from your stays there over the years.

Best regards.

Mike

How much are your maintenance fees?

You can post via TUG and use LT Transfers. Go through Redweek.

looks like this resort no longer deals with resales or rentals in house, anyone know the main broker used for these if any?
