Our goal is to stay in possibly Seattle vancouver and or Victoria. We trade though II. Does anyone have suggestions on where to stay and time needed in each city. We will have 2 weeks and our own car. Thx!

The Worldmark Camlin is the only TS in Seattle. It is very nice(we stayed in a 2 bedroom penthouse unit last July). It trades through RCI although I don't recall ever seeing a unit for trade available.

I like the Homewood Suites near Key Arena as a good hotel choice for Seattle. The last time there they poured craft beers during happy hour. :)

4 to 5 days is nice for a stay in Seattle.

All 3 Cities are worth a visit

Your limiting factor with II is a lack of resorts in the area. Victoria has only 2 timeshares. One is a Worldmark that may have II affiliation but didn't show up on their resort list. We just spent 2 nights in Victoria a couple of weeks ago for the 3rd time and had a great time. The city core is fairly small and there is a lot you can do. Butchart Gardens is a few miles away and worth a visit. If you are into museums, you would need more than 2 nights.

Vancouver has 4 resorts listed under II. Only the Worldmark has more than 1 bedroom. Again there is a lot to see. We have actually stayed in Birch Bay twice and made trips across the border to Vancouver. There are several timeshares there including a Worldmark. It's 15 minutes to the border, but you have to factor in the time to get across the border that can be up to an hour, then another 1/2 hour into Vancouver. Several areas to check out including Stanley Park, Gastown, Granville Island, Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Park and Classical Chinese Garden come to mind. If you should end up in Birch Bay, the town of Blaine WA is worth a day. If you stayed in Vancouver, the ferry to Vancouver Island will get you to Victoria.

Seattle is spread out and traffic challenged but again lots to see. Tripadvisor is my main guide before any trip. Maybe your Marriots will get you some nights there.

We stayed at Birch Bay a year ago, and enjoyed our time (see Birch bay TUG reviews). The summer is peak season with limited availability. We love the sound and spend weeks in the summer up there. If you stay on one of the islands, the interisland ferries are free for walk on passengers. There is one timeshare property on Orcas Island, which is beautiful, and Victoria BC is lovely; Vancouver Island is very fun to explore but I don't know if timeshare properties in the north. You can catch a ferry from Anacortes which is about 90 minutes north of Seattle, so a 3 day short-stay in Seattle or Vancouver BC, followed by a ferry trip to Victoria would be a lovely way to go. Consider spending a day driving north through Whidbey Island with lunch in Langley or Coupeville. Be for-warned. Reservations are a must if you plan to bring your car on the Ferries.
