I just saw Bluegreen posted 2012 MF's in my account for Pono Kai today.
$699.72 for a 1 bedroom includes $5.00 ARDA. That's a 3% increase. I'm OK with
that. Just under $1,400 for my 2 weeks. Only 93 days until I return but who's
counting.:D
