Going to do my first split week trade with II. 3 nights, 3 adults and a baby. Have a choice of a one bedroom at Escapes! to Stonebridge Village or a studio at Horizons by Marriott at Branson. Which????
Thanks.

The one bedroom would be better than a studio for 3 + baby. Escapes properties are nice. Have not stayed at either place.

I'd go with the one bedroom at Escapes myself. Be aware that, if the one bedroom at Escapes has a limited kitchen, it's the lock-out portion of a two bedroom unit. It's small but it's still a nicer space than the studio at Horizon's.

I have pictures of both resorts on our webshots page if that might help you make a decision.

For Horizon's by Marriott, click this picture

For Escapes to Stonebridge Village click this picture. The A side has the full kitchen when looking at you exchange options. The B side has the limited kitchen (LK).

We've stayed at both and I like the location of Horizon better. Stonebridge is a long ways from town and Horizon is in town. Also, I think that the studio at Horizon would be the lock off portion, is that correct? I think it had a little space with mini refrig. and microwave, but I don't remember if it had a cooking burner. Can't remember exactly, as our friends were in that unit of our two bedroom and I didn't pay too much attention to what the cooking facilities there were. I think it was a little smaller that the small side of Stonebridge, tho. Both are lovely resorts. We have a 2 bed room week booked the first of June at the Welk Resort and we're excited to see that one. However, my husband has been having some health problems so might not be able to go.
