Hi,
Has anyone stayed at this resort lately? The reviews on Tug are old, and the reviews on Trip Advisor are from renters and are very mixxed.
Thanks

Anyone knows if this place charges resort fees for II exchangers? It’s mentioned a few times on TripAdvisor but I’m not sure if the fees apply only for hotel booking or timeshare exchange as well. Going there tomorrow as a last minute exchange.

We are headed there next Friday for a weeks stay. This will be our first time there and we got it using an accommodation certificate in II.

I just called the resort as I had another question to ask them. The rep confirmed that exchangers are not charged any resort fees.

As a side note, they have DVD (not BluRay) players and streaming TVs.

Enjoy your stay.

Best regards.

Thanks for checking! Too bad we will leave next Thur. Otherwise would love to meet you there.
Anything I should be aware of at this resort? Always curious about Lake Havasu. Also got the week with an AC. DH is a birder and we heard nice things about birding over there.

Nothing special that I am aware of although I did look at TripAdvisor.com to see what activities they list. We have always been curious about seeing the bridge. There is the Festival of Lights that is going on this time of year, so we will check that out. There is also a small old west town of Oatman that isn't too far away. Wild donkeys roam the streets. Several restaurants there for lunch.

Enjoy!
