2 weeks w/ RCI Grandview Las Vegas

Hi all! I'm looking to unload 2 Red weeks per year at the Grandview Resort in Las Vegas. 2 suites sleep 4 each. Really nice accomodations - kitchens and baths are awesome! Resort is nearly brand new. I'm willing to pay closing cost (~$330 with timeshare closing company). I believe transfer fees are $100 for buyer and $100 for seller.

Please let me know if you're interested and I can get more details. I need to look up exactly which weeks we have but they're in April.....

The week is #13. There is also an option to split the unit I believe. If you dont need both units for 1 week you can use only 1 of the units for 2 weeks. The TP adjustment schedule is set:
< 14 days 45%
15 - 30 days 60%
31 - 90 days 80%
91 - 180 days 90%
181 - 275 days 95%
276+ days 100%

Just another update....2012 week has been deposited. I deposited 1 bedroom for 2 weeks. Week #13 this year starts March 30th and is a Friday-Friday deal.
