When my parents passed away, I inherited this Time Share property, which I have no use for or interest in. (We already own a Time Share property)
While the resort will happily take it from me, I'd rather gift it to someone who can make use of it - either to vacation in Madeira, or to use to swap thru RCI.

The Amount of the Maintenance Fee for 2021 at the Hotel Rocamar was 801.66€.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating, twin beds (which can easily be pushed together to make a double), TV, a coffee table and 2 lounge chairs, dressing table, two bedside tables, double wardrobe, two-ring electric cooker, microwave, fridge, sink, cupboards, kettle and coffee maker, plus cutlery, dishes and glasses for 2 people.
Bathroom with WC, washbasin, 1 bathroom with shower and a bidet.
Fantastic, large, unobscured balcony, a table and couple of chairs, plus it is possible to order a couple of sun loungers for the balcony.
