Weeks owned: first 2 weeks of October every other odd year

Maintenance Fee: $2000/week

Current Reservations: None

Fees are up-to-date.

I just vacationed there in October with my family and 4 friends. We did have a great time. The resort is truly very nice and the staff are great.

Unfortunately my present situation calls for me to let it go.

I bought it for $40,000 (fully paid) - please make a decent, reasonable offer - at least covering transfer costs - not a $1.

I really do apologize for not getting back sooner.

The unit is #17 - up near the top of the hill. It has great views.

Also, I want to amend the offering - the price will include the $1000 transfer fee, so I am asking $4500 total.
