I am not a salesman; I am not associated with Discount Timeshares; I am not getting any monetary compensation/referral credit, etc.
I recently contacted several resale companies looking for a true platinum SDO unit. I was contacted this morning by an agent with Discount Timeshares; they have 2 true platinum units available. I'm no longer interested in SDO since I purchased Sedona Summit, but thought I'd share the opportunity with you. Here's what was sent to me:
Unit: 1081
Deeded week: 5
Usage: Biennial (ODD years)
Bedroom: 1 bedroom
Maintenance: $499 Annually (estimated)
[I presume this is the larger 1BR based on MF]
Unit: 3098/3097
Deeded week: 4
Usage: Biennial (EVEN years)
Bedroom: 2 bedroom lockout
Maintenance: $733 Annually (estimated)
I checked the unit #s/deeded weeks in the sticky and they match for true platinum. From the sticky, true platinum units are 1064, 1072, 1081-1100, 2064, 2072, 2081- 2100, 3064-3072, and 3081-3100 with deeded weeks in the range of 1-21 and 50-52.
I'm happy to post the agent's information here if it doesn't violate the policy. In the meantime if you're interested and would like to contact the agent, please start a conversation and send me the request. You could always just go to their website, but I'm looking to throw some TUG love to the agent.
ETA: I do not know the listing price. Since I was no longer interested, I didn't ask.
