Deposit a 2016 week with Platinum Interchange and get a Bonus week also, which is available at 120 days out - the most generous bonus week offering, since all of their inventory is available as bonus weeks. Size and holiday upgrade do apply however. But with the low exchange fee, even those upgrade fees are acceptable.
