I am in the process of closing on 2 different deeds. When I pay the yearly MF do they sent 2 separate bills? I want to pay each one separately with 2 different (mine and my wife’s) Hilton aspire cards to get the $250 credit on each one. Is this possible? Thanks for any help.

Yup. We do it every year. You can split the deeds as you see fit.

Cheers.

assuming they are two completely separate contracts. In the portal, each property will have their own bill but if you have two deeds on one contract, then it is one bill. That is how our Blvds are...

Just saw brp's comment....I guess that I have never tried to split a bill.

i recommend choosing oddball amounts that might plausibly seem like in room charges. we had a negative experience with amex refusing to reimburse us for the $1000 we charged because they didn't think it was taxes/fees/incidental room charges.

Inasmuch as our purchases were done at separate times, they're all separate contracts - except for the one that had two deeds in one contract at the time we bought it.

I had thought that all separate purchases would show up separately, and separably. Is this not always the case?

Cheers.

We own at three separate locations with multiple at 2. Tuscany is its own bill, the two Blvds on one contract that are on one bill, and then the numerous Craig Lodges what are all separate bills but I pay as one. I know that I can pay the Tuscany, Blvd, and Craigs separately but have not tried to split an individual one.

We have, three Blvd. deeds, purchased at two separate times. Each of the separate purchases is its own contract. The one that was purchased together is on one, and non-separable. But I had expected that, regardless of location, a separate purchase would generate a separate contract.

Were your two Blvds purchased together on the same contract? In that case, I understand. if they were separate purchases, did they get combined onto the contract?

Cheers.

You just need to process partial payments on the same contract. The website will allow you to specify the amount you want to pay, if you aren’t paying the full amount.

yes. That was one of the reasons that we decided on that resale. Two on one contract so only one closing cost. The bill does not separate them....they are just lumped together.

We have one of those too, but I didn't think that they were that common. Also, I have been told that they can be separated if there is ever a reason to do so, like selling them separately, But no reason otherwise.

Cheers.
