Hello! My family has owned this unit for over 40 years. A lot of great memories, but as my mother (the owner) ages and my own kids grow up, it is time to let go. The unit and building are in great shape and have been renovated many times over the years.

The resort has a pool overlooking the ocean, and steps right onto the main VA beach boardwalk, and is a short walk to the pier and amusement park.

2 bedroom - 2 bath (dedicated 2 bdm.), dedicated parking spot

Fixed Unit #501: 5th floor - Ocean View

Fixed week 22:
• 2026: May 24-30, 2026 (Memorial Day is on the 25th)
• 2027: May 30-June 5, 2027 (Memorial Day is on the 31st)

Maintenance Fee: $1249

Usage: First usage for new owner is 2026, plus we have 1 week space-banked (12 TPU?) that must be used by June (can be extended)
