has been a good unit to own but now with the kids starting college the need to "slim down" a bit is here..

2bed red flex week at Dikholo in South Africa. RCI 1999.
maintenance fees paid for 2012 can be paid in March for 2013 and deposited in rci. Will transfer current deposit that expires in jan '14 is 17 tpu's.
if you like to travel off-season with 17 tpu and some planning you can get 2 to 3 weeks of use.
I will pay to have current deposit transferred to your rci account and the transfer fee at resort as well.
