The MF is wrong - probably includes the SVN fee, but with a resale at this resort there is no SVN fee, and no Staroptions.

For what it's worth I paid $19 for my SDO/2Bedr and I'm getting two vacations out of the one week

There are 7 hours left on this auction. A good chunk of people wait to snipe at the last minute so I'm sure this one will get snapped up like the others -- even with the less than stellar 98% rated seller.

I love my SDO, I'm thankful to this forum because originally I was going to purchase a 1 bedroom and by listening to the suggestions of many on this board I waited for a 2 bedroom. I love this property and I hope another Tugger gets to experience the great value that SDO provides

Those are paid by seller. The only costs are the bid price.

Love my SDO too! Just like you I listened to Tuggers advice when I found the board in 2009 after purchasing from developer and rescinded on time. Bought SDO in 2009

No, I purchased last year. I have been to this resort numerous times and just love it and finally decided to purchase. I did a bunch of research, found this forum, asked a ton of questions.

I was all set to purchase a 1 bedroom but after discussing this with many TUG members, I realized I would get far more value with a 2 bedroom. I looked at mandatory resorts in Starwood but when I did my analysis for what I want to use it for, SDO came out the winner

(prev post) Yea, there was a recent discussion about the relative value/merits of Voluntary/Mandatory resorts. Obviously the bulk deposit issue has some people miffed/worried.

Good for you! This should be a great vacation.
I seem to remember we all had a short 'pep-talk' about the trade(s) coming thru. Important to maximize what you have and make great memories. Enjoy.

Thanks, I think this will be a great vacation. I know everyone wants to be in the Westin or Mariott and I would have loved to have been there as well, but with a family of 5, I could not do it with only pulling studios, even if I got lucky and pulled two studios, we would not have enough space for 5.

I don’t need all the glitz and glamour, as long as its clean and on the beach, my family will be happy.

We stayed in a Luwai Beach 1 br (Sorry, change in policy--no upgrades as of yesterday..) with 2 teenagers. It was an amazing family vacation.
